"We were delighted with our choice of hotel; excellent location, delightful room with additional heater if required, coffee machine and exceptional soft furnishings. The bar was buzzing during our stay providing a very upbeat atmosphere and, in addition, there was a bar reserved for residents. Virtually everything was spot on though I felt the service at breakfast could be much improved. This was our one disappointment; the breakfast itself was excellent but someone needs to take responsibility for ensuring the buffet breakfast items are replenished on a regular basis. "

"All was excellent our initial room had a shower area that didn’t drain so we were moved to another room straight away which was an actual upgrade and lovely and provided with a complimentary drink Living well staff were also lovely and always had a smile "

"Visited for a 2 night stay visiting family. Room was lovely and fresh and clean. Reception all friendly and helpful. Bar staff very very good. Housekeeping that i bumped into also friendly and polite Didn't actually eat in the restaurant but did have a couple of pints both nights, with some chips, and a choccy brownie with icecream the 2 night. Both delicious. Went as a solo female traveller with mobility issues and felt safe and secure at all times Plan to def stay again in the future "

"pretty good and centrally located. Bath had a lose handle which was pretty dangerous. TBH forgot to report it. Otherwise pleasant stay, comfy bed and quiet for a central hotel in Nottingham"
