"No hot water in our room unable to shower or bath in the morning Room in need of revamp Leisure facilities in need of revamp Food was not hot when served Staff unwilling to help? Unfollow not a great experience "

"The room was very small although with a nice bed and bse I was on the ground floor, the room floor above was very squeaky which was not very pleasant "

"The room was big and shower room also very big very happy with wat I got spotless the staff were great and the fact u can use the spa fasilities next door is a massive bonus I didn't have breakfast has I'm not a breakfast person however I spoke to people who said there were a lot of options to chose from and good qwality food I did have a coffee from the bar which I did think 5.50 for a small coffee was expensive but overall very good "

"We only stayed one night as we had an early flight the next morning and we were too early for breakfast. The evening meal we had was very good in food quality and value. "
