"Room was not ready at 6pm was given a 30 minute estimate it was an hour and a half until we got our room. Even though they said they would call us when the room was ready they didn’t and a manager assisted us. They waived the parking fee gif our trouble but I trcurvec a bill anyway to date no response ..."
