"Room seemed clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not complimentary and I did not know that until I already grabbed a plate. I was only told what time breakfast was. Parking was not included, I had to pay which was inconvenient. You get what you pay for here."

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered and we decided to stop by to see if they were open. We had to call a number posted at the door to find the staff member. However, once we connected with them it was great. We stayed three weeks and were very comfortable. "
