"The Radisson served its purpose as an airport layover hotel. Comfortable bed, massive room, even the burger I had in the onsite restaurant was quite tasty with delicious and crispy golden fries. There is a convenient little shop that sells snacks and essentials. An airport hotel is just an airport hotel and this was just another one of many serving it’s purpose at the end of the day "

"This was not the best experience. Stayed at the same hotel last year, but this year's performance declined. Upon arrival, the room assigned had not been cleaned, so the front desk clerk had to assign us to a new room (her performance was great!) In the new room assigned, the floor lamp had an open circuit, which created fears of electrical issue. We found a used cotton swab in the drawer of the bathroom that had not been cleaned, the toilet seat was loose, and the door handle to the bathroom was broken. The window covering on the room was inoperative, and the window coverings and lamp coverings appeared dirty and dated. On Sunday morning at breakfast, my wife had problems getting the staff to get her hot water for her tea (since there was no microwave in the food area), and the performance of the food service staff was non-professional (server stayed mostly on her phone and acted inattentive). The food was not hot, and a food inspector might have had issues. The front clerk was the one redeeming value of this stay--she was great, and advised us that the property was scheduled for renovation within the next couple of months. Unless things dramatically improve, I cannot recommend returning to this property. "

"Entire Staff was always professional, kind, friendly, and very helpful. The rooms are clean, and if there’s an issue with your room (A/C, etc), they come to remedy the situation within 15 minutes. The other guests are always polite and friendly. Overall, a Great Experience!!"

"Great!!!!! it smells so good in the Lobby. I was able to check in a little earlier because I had a very early fight. Had a great nite cap at the bar and an amazingly great red velvet waffle. I definitely would go back when I am in the ATL."
