"WE HAD A BLAST, PARKING WAS GREAT, THEY COULD UPDATE THE GRILL IN THE BACK WE DID USE IT AND IT WORKED FOR WHAT IT WAS"

"Not good at all! Customer service was very poor. No greeting or welcoming when checking-in, no direction to elevator after checking-in just here’s your key. Called front desk ti inquire about missing s amenities and was told my room number would be written down and they would see that they could do but that had a “issue”, never received amenities. Bed… was horrible tossed and turned all night and felt like something was crawling all over me (my daughter had same issue) Bathroom had peeling wallpaper above the door. Room had interior peeling around light fixtures. Would not recommend staying."

"The morning staff at the desk was ok but the housekeeping was horrible, they did not change Our sheets on our beds, the trash was still there when we came back from our event. And the sheets looked like they never been changed, there were spots on the pillow cases etc. The night staff was amazing they gave us clean sheets to put on our beds and they were just great. "

"The towels in my room had rust on them and the desk chair seat was filthy, I had to put a towel on it before sitting down."

"Clean and quiet "

"There were no plastic cups or ice bucket. There were roach casings in the bathroom floor. It was a non smoking room and it smelled like someone had smoked cigarettes in there all week. They had one roll of toilet baby, not enough towels and the sheets wreaked of cigarettes. The outside was very uncomfortable with various men standing outside the rooms, watching you back and forth as you leave or arrive to the room. It smelled like marijuana as you walked in the halls. The AC machine was blowing out cigarette smell so we had to keep it off in order to keep the smell at a minimum. Definitely not family friendly and don’t recommend it for women sleeping alone."
