Lovely place overlooking the ocean. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. Rooms well appointed with comfortable beds, and bathroom was newly renovated. Our room overlooked the ocean so we had the would have waves to lull us to sleep. Breakfast was delicious with healthy choices. Service excellent. We will most definitely return.

The friendly staff, made me so welcome as a solo traveller! Plus I thoroughly enjoyed my very tasty breakast.. staff went over and beyond..offering so many cooked breakfast choices. So nicely presented. Very high standards indeed. And as for the hotel setting.. overlooking the bay..good value for money!! you couldnt ask for more!!

Lovely location. Staff were very nice in all areas. Reception staff very nice ,Food was very tasty and lots of options, ............... " complements to the chef & team" Breakfast selection was very good too & the full Irish was lovely and not greasy. I had a lovely visit from the Hotel Cat 🐈

Gorgeous views, clean room and comfortable bed. Wish there was some way to open the windows and not have a room full of midgies. There was no other ventilation and would’ve loved to have the sea air through the night and morning. It was loud in the room at night and in the morning. I was forgotten about whilst dining outside and it ruined the experience. The woman in reception was lovely. Beautiful property and visit was ok.

My stay at the Dunmore house was wonderful. It is beautifully appointed, peaceful with gorgeous sea views. The service was 5 star as was the food. I extended my stay in order to extend the luxury.

Staying at Dunmore House is like being close to heaven. Weather was great when we were there. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the food is superb. Breakfast keeps you running for the whole day !! Recommend return stays for everyone.

Lovely stay
Beautiful hotel located on the Dunmore bay. Our family room had a lovely view on the ocean. The room is peaceful and very big, with a separate space and a double bed for the kids. The hotel lobby and restaurant are well decorated and very cosy. We had dinner in the casual dining area. They should find another name because ’casual’ doesn’t do it justice: it’s lovely, cosy and the food is great. But most of all, the staff was really great: very professional and friendly. We’d all love to go back.

Unfortunately, I was not blown away by this place. I had high expectations due to the reviews but our room had the vents in the room were really dirty, the bathroom had a broken tile the appeared dirty And the hallway smelled awful. The view was beautiful and the food was the rooms were disappointing.

Enjoyed two nights stay in this family owned hotel. The location is wonderful, amazing sea views. The food is very tasty. The selection of fruits in various forms, fresh, poached etc at the breakfast buffet is one of the nicest I’ve ever come across, coupled with homemade breads, jams etc, it’s a joy to behold first thing in the morning! The staff here are extremely helpful, warm and friendly, the rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views of the Atlantic.
