"The pool was wonderful. The food in the dinning room was great. The people working here is outstanding. This was our second stay. We stayed in January 2026 and it was just the same wonderful. The rooms are very clean and where cleaned with care every day. "

"Only issue we had was the parking. Limited street parking if you are lucky. There is a small internal parking area off of a one way narrow street you can rent for $25 per night. Pay the money. You MUST contact the hotel as you are getting near to open the garage door so you can enter the internal parking space (recommend backing in). Better yet. Take an Uber and leave your car somewhere else. Everything you can want is within walking distance The Expedia information is understated. The rooms are HUGE and very comfortable."

"The hotel is great. It's in a perfect location for exploring the Old Town and is very walkable. The only problem is the check-in because Hotels.com is supposed to send you a code to check in, and both times we stayed here they did not, so check-in took a while. There seems to be a disconnect between the Hotels.com process and the local process."

"The Positives: The hotel is beautiful with a cute rooftop dining area and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. Location is perfect for walking around Casco Vijeo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Negatives: The room I had was on the fourth floor with window facing the foyer, so you could here just about everything. Music lasted until 1130pm and started again at 7:30am so couldn't get a restful sleep. Room was clean but bed linen was stained and bath towels stained. If it had not been for the dirty linen and noise level, I would give 5 Stars."
