Helpful and friendly staff. Extremely comfortable bed and a great breakfast. Conveniently placed for the Victoria Bikers Pub just across the way. Would recommend to anyone visiting Coalville in the future.

I stay here every time I'm working in Coalville. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious for the rates you pay, they're clean and the beds are comfy. Coupled with a nice breakfast, what more could you need for an overnight stay?

Check-in was very quick our rooms were ready on arrival. The room was clean and adequate for my requirements, I cannot fault it. The full English breakfast was very good, and oh my gosh the staffs are so friendly it’s unbelievable. I would definitely stay there again.. PS. parking is free

It is just a hotel. For that piece of average hotel the price is expensive £85.00. the breakfast was £9 not that great for that money.

The hotel is very quite and ideal for my business stay, Chelsea on the front of house is great and was very helpful. The general condition of the hotel and grounds is a little tired and in need of a revamp in my opinion, loads of parking and breakfast was freshly cooked to order.

We were attending a birthday party in Ibstock Leicestershire, and the Hotel was very convenient to both Coalville and Ibstock. The receptionist on our arrival was very pleasant and welcoming along with the night porter and the young lady in the morning on Breakfast duty. We will stay there again. Good value for money.

A bit shabby and tired looking, definitely not luxury but the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was OK but could do with more choice. Staff were pleasant and helpful at all times.
