Shell Island Resort - All Oceanfront Suites

"Good-View was very nice, overall comfortable room, location and beach access are great! Not so good- Bed was older and sagging, guest bathroom light stopped working- it was fixed- then stopped again, kitchenette was not really usable, room and hotel need updating"

"The hits: Great location with great beach access. The adult pool is nice and relaxing. The beach staff was great. The Theodosia restaurant was delicious. The misses: The Sandbar and Lifesaving Station food was mediocre. We went to the pool and two of the three times, there were no towels to be found and we had difficulty finding an employee to find us some towels. In our shower, one of the levers was not properly attached to the wall and the bathroom fan/vent did not work. One of the wall sockets in our room was not properly attached and would pull out when we would remove a plug. I asked the front desk for some silverware/plasticware and they could not find any."
