"Large clean rooms"

"The property is in disrepair, one of the elevators is working, the other one is operating at one third of the speed of tge first one. The TV wasn't operational, and maintenence came much later than promised, and repaired it twice. The AC unit is operating but the cover is broken. Room had three (!) table surfaces and no sitting chair, so one would have to sit on the bed. Maintenance had to replace light bulb in the he bathroom. The condition is expected from a lesser type of a property, not a Days Inn. The pool looked clean, which is a nice point. "

"My family and I stayed here to go to Busch Gardens, and to explore colonial Williamsburg. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous, and met all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again."

"We were here for a baseball tournament. It was very convenient. The rooms needed a little updating. We had to call house keeping service because our sheets on the king bed kept slipping off during the night which was very annoying. If the sheets are too small when housekeeping puts them on, you’d think it was too small to sleep on during the night. "

"The area was peaceful. The room was clean and huge! Front desk could use a few more people working since it took us 20mins to check in. Wifi was ok. Overall would stay again for vacation. "
