"This was a wonderful value. We gave this 4 instead of 5 stars because it is very comfortable and highly functional, but I would not classify this property as a luxury resort. Our room was very clean. We had to go through 3 door locks to get into our unit. We only interacted with staff at check in and check out; both times they were highly helpful and friendly. I thought the wi-fi was a little sluggish, but it was more than adequate for our uses for doing office work and internet research for the trip. We did not use any of the amenities (sports courts, pool, activities), but we were impressed with the variety of on-site options available. Our main complaint was that the people in the unit next to ours watched TV with the volume turned up, and the walls weren't thick enough to muffle the sound adequately. This was a far better deal than area hotels, and we had a lot more space to spread out than a hotel room as well. We would DEFINITELY stay here again if if and when life brings us back to this beautiful part of the country!"

"This is a wonderful place for couples and families. Everything on the resort was very convenient. The property was exceptionally immaculate. This will be my family go to place to decompress !!!"

"When I wanted to add a night they tried charging me 450$. Air conditioner was broken, and although they offered us to move it was 10pm and even though we chose not to move they were unapologetic about it. The hotel is old, but the room is well appointed. The one bright spot in the whole mix was the bartender was really nice and friendly. I would opt to stay somewhere else if I were you."
