The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, quiet, and excellent value for money. The beds were comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything I needed was there. You can tell the staff actually care about the guests and take pride in what they do. What impressed me most was the overall positive experience from start to finish. "The Novotel staff and venue is fantastic. Sadly the licensed club below thinks it’s acceptable to have a DJ pumping at a stupidly loud level at 12.30 am on a Saturday and Sunday morning that we could hear on level 5. Wasnt so loud that you couldn’t sleep but the fact we could hear it all is unacceptable. Would have rated it a 5 star venue if it wasn’t for the stupidity of club management. "
