"The hotel really needs to invest in another set of elevators. It only has two small cars in the center court and when everyone checks out at the same time, the wait times are quite long. There are two others, one on each wing, but they are not as convenient as the mail lobby elevators. Also, the chose to clean the only male bathroom/showers in the water park just as we were planning to leave. Bathrooms/showers were closed for more than an hour. It's good to know they clean the facilities, but that is a long time to have the bathrooms closed with a thousand guests in the water park."

"Really enjoyed my stay in a beautiful room looking out over the harbor. The bed was comfortable and the other furniture clean and attractive. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Both breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant were excellent, and the view from the dining room and outdoor terrace lovely. Enjoyed walking a loop around the property, including the boardwalk along the shoreline.. Would have been very happy to stay longer!"

"Our TV and phone were both out. No staff member was able to reset them. If we hadn't had a cell phone we would not have had any outside communication. Breakfast was only scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits no additional meats. Some Danish and a waffle maker but no batter."

"I can’t say enough good things about The Inn At Warner Hall. The staff, the rooms, the food, the scenery - we spent 3 nights for a getaway and didn’t want to leave. We’re already trying to find the next time we can go for a night!"

"Had to turn the water off while showering because it wouldn’t drain and would overflow the pan. Hotel appeared to be under renovations? Outlets didn’t work in the room. Staff tried to be helpful, but I got the feeling management was just trying to do cheap repairs and nothing really worked. Housekeeping was sub par. People serving breakfast were kind."
