"Breakfast was, although would prefer to be served free tea & coffee, rather than having to queue at a machine forva very average drink. Room was comfortable & spacious, despite the decor being a little worn especially in the bathroom. Parking was good. All the staff we had contact were excellent, very friendly and helpful."

"Stayed for 2 nights, very peaceful, stunning views, food menu good, however no burgers when we went to order, staff very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you, family of 3, double bed and two singles, tea, coffee, bottles of water and biscuits were a nice touch, However breakfast was a bit expensive £12, for a full English ok price, however me and my son had 2 slices of toast each and was charged £12, very expensive, we decided not to have breakfast there on our 2nd morning due to the price of the toast "

"First of all, every single staff member we interacted with were superb. Lovely room and views. Great little touches throughout the hotel. Love the bar. Good breakfast and the restaurant was lovely too with good food offerings. "

"Stayed with my daughter in a twin room. Really comfy beds. Room looked good, cosy and was clean. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and liked the addition of a duck for my daughter’s bath. Great breakfast! Staff friendly. We ate dinner in the pub too and that was lovely. All in all a great stay and we’d recommend. "

"Initial concerns regarding cleanliness in the bathroom were quickly resolved to an acceptable standard. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good although some items from the buffet were not re stocked straight away when used up ,ie ,juice. The bar ,although well stocked was really overpriced. "
