"The front desk was poorly staffed, it took forever to check in both times and we never got the view we requested when we made the reservation, which was city view. The restaurant food was terrible, STAY AWAY from that restaurant!"

"The best thing about this place is its location, check in online very easy. Bed very comfortable, room 704 right by the elevator was a bit noisy, windows aren't sound proof so very noisy from traffic outside. Shower needs improving, hotel's nice but needs a few improvements.Front desk staff are very nice. Value for money if you don't mind how noisy it is. And ooh, check out at 10 am is a bit mean."

"Very nice hotel, excellent location, great staff. Our flight back home was delayed for 48 hours, and Guadalupe and Kevin from the hotel Front Desk were of great help in sorting out this problem. The hotel has a very nice restaurant. Our waiter, Sara provided great service "

"Hotel is located in a central area, close to restaurants and pedestrian shopping mall. Room was clean, had all necessary amenities for short stay. Common areas are well maintained. Breakfast area is very pretty and breakfast quality is good ( provided it’s included in the rate nature). There is wonderful steak house downstairs in the same building ( butt separate from the hotel, not part of Principado. Would highly recommend for dinner). Overall, for short stay ( like pre-cruise, as in our case) I would not hesitate to stay here again."

"We did not stay at the property. We checked in, went to our room and left within 10 mins. Very unsanitary, my son had a mold allergy headache within 10 mins. "
