Great stay… it is very close to the old town of colmar … just 7 minutes away from the petit Venice bridge. However if you are planning to park at the hotel, you need to make reservation with the hotel in advance.

Room was bit disappointing. No curtains, just thin blinds, so room bright after sunrise. I had ordered the standard room,not the budget room, but it was still quite small

Nos chambres du troisième étage sont toutes équipées de volet roulant en plus du pare soleil installé dans la chambre. Need better blinds! Lights shine through
The hotel is close in to the city center of Colmar. It's a nice remodeled property with a nice breakfast and a great sitting area near the bar. However, the blinds in my room were terrible and lights from the street on the 3rd floor, were very annoying, especially when they reflected in the mirrors in the room. My room was #304. You need to improve the blinds, or add curtains. I had a very terrible nights sleep. Everything else was quite nice at the property.

I loved that it was so near La Petite Venice and the Marché Couvert. The Museums are a bit further away, but still walkable. The only problem was getting any kind of taxi service, which is not the hotel’s fault. The taxis won’t take passengers for what they consider to be “short” distances (meaning not as large fares as they would like). For older travelers or those with limited mobility, this is a real problem. The hotel itself was quite lovely with a very nice breakfast. The room I had was a bit smaller than expected, but very well appointed and modern, with a comfortable bed. I had a pleasant stay here.

Great location. Average hotel, not many amenities. Phone does not dial reception. Walls are very thin, we had very loud neighbors that returned to their room very late and woke us up with their laughter and talking. Breakfast was nice but would be better if included in the rate. Staff was amazing, kind and attentive.

Hotel is located close to Colmar's petite Venice, and only about 10 minutes walk from the train station, no vehicle needed to get around. Staff was very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Excellent hotel located close to Colmar. Bed was a little to firm for my liking. Always had to ask for milk for coffee or tea in our room. Which they happily supplied.

A good stay in Colmar
Busy hotel but attention from the staff was excellent. Check in and check out was efficient and pleasant. Room was comfortable. Hotel parking was easy and safe. Colmar and its sights were a very easy walk from the hotel.

Comfortable place to stay in Colmar
Conveniently located, friendly and helpful staff, clean and well maintained, easily accessible parking, rooms are bright and cheerful. A/C in first room did not work. Staff moved us without question to another, smaller, room but did not offer a discount. Would go back.

The small double room is quite small indeed. Room and neighborhood is quiet and safe, very close to the sites in the old town. Front desk staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Buffet breakfast was ample and, given rising prices, relatively good value; but a bakery and the Market are good alternatives nearby.

An immaculately clean hotel, with modern facilities, AC, and convenient on-site parking is situated 5 minutes walking distance from the heart of Colmar's Old Town. The rooms are not large but have everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including a tea kettle. The bathroom is modern, very clean, with a nice shower cabin and good water pressure. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast with great selection of local products. There is an outside terrace with tables and chairs where you can have drinks from the lobby bar or simply enjoy the fresh air.

Visited Colmar for the first time because of the music festival. The hotel is convenient located between the train station and the concert venue, so I had the chance to see most places on foot. Breakfast was good.

Prefect for Grindelwald by car with kids!
This hotel is very clean. It has parking for cars behind the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The dinner in the restaurant is very nice and you eat with a view on the Alps. Easy access to the towns main street that has a playground for kids just across the street. The grindelwald trainstation is just 100m walking from the hotel.

Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very clean and within a 5 minute easy walk of Little Venise, lots of patisseries, creperies and other restaurants. Will definitely stay here if I’m lucky enough to be in Colmar again.

Would stay again! Spacious rooms with, and the staff were so friendly. Always made you feel welcomed and was there when you needed anything. The hotel is a very close walk (10-15 minutes) to both the downtown Colmar area and the train station.

Colmar Christmas Markets
We have stayed here before during the Christmas markets. Good location: 15 minute walk from the train station. 5 minute walk from the center of town. Very clean. Nice staff. Standard rooms are on the small side but superior rooms are much larger. The breakfast buffet was good but scrambled eggs were not edible. Not even half cooked, a runny mess. Would stay again.
