great stay.

The room was very large and comfortable and had a hotplate, refrigerator and sink and large closet, large tv, full size bed, large windows with blackout shades,provided a large fan. Everything was great and 3 minutes from the main train station. Excellent stay and very friendly staff.

Good hotel for the price. Don’t expect a fancy hotel with new furnitures. This hotel is quite old, but has everything you need. The room is clean, with even a small kitchen. I got a room free upgrade by the reception lady which was awesome. That room also had a nice balcony. The male receptionist of around 50/60 years of age was however quite rude.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the train station and close to attractions. Staff are friendly. I was surprised how everything in the hotel was not updated. The rugs in the elevator and rooms were worn out and outdated, the curtains were very old and the elevator was small.

People are pretty nice. It was very clean and organized. Very close to Mariott Cologne about 3minutes walk. There are always couples of taxis in front of Mariott.

It was a very nice and big room for a weekend. The people working were very nice the whole time despite my bad german. The stairs were a nightmare sometimes but that was because of my own foot being messed up so that isnt a them problem😌

Hotel located nicely and price cheaper relatively.

However, There were many things uncomfortable during my stay in fact. 1) Wifi sucks. Sometimes you loose connection and it takes next couple hours for recovery. 2) Overall, Most things are old. Water pressure when taking shower is too low and the bathtub drain not working properly. 3) Receptionists are unkind.
