The hotel is conveniently located just a few walks away from a metro station (Hansaring station). The hotel is old and the rooms need a little bit of renovation but over-all it was okay. The hotel offers breakfast buffet for an additional 12 euros.

The hotel was in a perfect location for the city centre, either to walk or use the U bahn. The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. They also helped us to solve a problem we had with our suitcase which we really appreciated. Thank you! Couldn't recommend the hotel more.

Bed was goed. Douche was slecht. Je moest hem vasthouden tijdens het douchen. Want anders werd de hele badkamer nat. Hele standaardkamers. Maar voor mij was het belangrijkste dat ik een slaapplek had. De rest vond plaats buiten het hotel. Ja, het personeel was vriendelijk.

Upon arrival the front desk person clearly had no business being the person greeting people and set a negative tone for our stay. To be fair, the hotel was good. Clean, plenty of towels and hot water. Wifi was good, tv good, bed fine. Good area. The walls snd doors care thin and you will hear everything. It’s in a pretty good location. Pretty much the only reason I wouldn’t recommend or stay there is the staff. Jerks

Checkin hat sehr lange gedauert, über eine Stunde! Der Mitarbeiter hat drei Gäste vor mir vorgezogen! Dann hat er einfach vergessen mir den Schlüssel zu geben, sodass ich nochmal circa 10 Minuten gewartet habe, in der Annahme dass er noch mit meinem Checkin beschäftigt war. Auf Anfrage hat er sich zwar entschuldigt und mir den Schlüssel gegeben aber die ganze Prozedere war sehr únprofessionell.

Es war entgegen der Anzeige kein Parkplatz vorhanden und in einem Zimmer roch es nach Nikotin und im Bad nach Abwasser, zudem war die Tür des Schrankes aus den Fugen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.
