Nice clean hotel room, nice internal hotel decor only downside was the room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children but we were only staying for 1 night so manageable. Breakfast was great and included in room rate. Overall good stay and hotel - staff were also really helpful

The Holetel is clean, the breakfast is good and most of the staff are good, it's just very far from everything so we spent a lot on Uber.

Good place to stay for a night to visit Köln or Phantasialand. There is AC in the rooms that was turned on before our stay. This was needed because it was +30°C outside. A lot of noise due to the carwash, gas station and McDonalds outside (a lot of drive in customers that waits along the street), but with closed window, no problems with that. Good breakfast, clean sleeping rooms and bath rooms. Excellent for this price (€200 for 4 persons for 2 nights)

Close to highroad. Easy to park. Room was ok for 1 night as it was bit small. Bathroom was really weird with one door closing either the complete bathroom or only the section where toilet is. And why did architect put a glass wall in shower cabin facing toilet??? New couples to share love; one on toilet and other one showering and watching each other..... Breakfast was included. Not lots of choices, but sufficient for the stay.

The only downside is that the hotel is far enough from markets, restaurants and stores (although it's a 1 minute walk from a Subway and McDonald's, but I'm boycotting these) and from the closest tram station, which is 15 minute walk away (Spich station). The phone in the room didn't work unfortunately - I couldn't even call the reception.
