Angenehme Unterkunft im Industriegebiet Pulheim
Das Hotel liegt zwar im Industriegebiet am Rande Pulheims, stellt jedoch eine gute Übernachtungsmoglichkeit für Kurzbesuche im Großraum Köln dar. Englisch erleichtert die Gesprachsfuhrung. Aufgrund System-Umstellung bargeldlose Zahlung derzeit (11/2024) nur mit ec-Karte möglich. Wir nutzen ein 2-Personen-Appartment am Wochenende. 1,40 m breites Doppelbett, Küchenzeile, Kl. Wasserkocher, Teebeutel, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, 6fach Geschirr, Kochequipment, sehr großes modernes Duschbad/WC, Handtücher (offensichtlich tgl. Wechsel), Fön, Seife/Shampoo. Gerne wieder.

Nach langer Anreise war die erste Hürde die Parkplätze des Hotels zu finden, diese waren sehr schlecht Aus-/ Beschildert. Die Anreise in der Nacht machte das Ganze nicht leichter.
Hotel machte einen sehr neuwertigen und gepflegten Eindruck, welcher schnell getrübt wurde da wir beim einräumen des Gepäckes in den Schrank, von Silberfischen überrascht wurden.
Das Zimmer ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, das Bett ist allerdings nur 1,40cm breit!
Zu allem Überfluss war die Matratze dann auch noch durchgelegen.
Die Krönung war allerdings eine Belüftung, welche hinter einer Verblendung sitzt und einmal durchs ganze Zimmer geht.
Diese Lüftung ist sehr laut!
Erholsamen Schlaf findet man dort keinen.

Stil und Einrichtung sind sehr modern und auch gepflegt.
Mitarbeiter haben wir an den 4 Tagen keine gesehen, auch die Rezeption war nicht besetzt.

Nie wieder!
Zimmer sind schön und modern.
Jedoch gibt es eine Gemeinschaftsküche.
Das schlimmste ist aber, dass Personal die können kein Deutsch und nur gebrochen Englisch. Ich habe gesagt sie sollen die Rechnung an die Firma senden. Was war abgebucht von meiner Kreditkarte in der Nacht vor der Abreise. Am Freitag wollte ich die Rechnung. Um 07 Uhr klopfte ich an die Tür. Dann kommt die Dame im Schlafanzug raus und fragt was ich möchte. Ich hätte gern die Rechnung. Ihr Chef hätte diese an meine Geschäfts Email Adresse geschickt. Ich habe ihr gesagt, ich hab nichts bekommen. Sie könne mir da nicht helfen und auch nichts ausdrucken...
Ich habe ihr nun meine private Email Adresse gegeben und hoffe, dass ich eine korrekte Rechnung bekomme.
Des weiteren was viel schlimmer ist, dass mein Koffer durchsucht wurde.
Daher Zimmer schön, das ist aber auch der einzigste Trost.
