Friendly staff and daily cleaning. Hot water and heating is good. Location is pretty good close to the center. However the pillows are very old and not so comfortable. Wifi is pretty bad with interruptions

Perfect for just a place to sleep

Very sweet little room we had to twins. Storage is good 2 wardrobes to share stuff. All very clean and beds were comfy. Check I in very easy they just give you a code for keys. Bathroom was clean however it was very small and no shower curtain or door so the floor got very wet and had to use our hand towels to mop it up leaving us with no fresh hand towels

Well-maintained hotel that is well placed for anything you want to do in Kõln. I have stayed here a couple of times and it will the first place I try to book into on the next visit

Perfect for a few nights stay. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. More like an Airbnb as you check yourself in but this suited me fine. We didn’t receive the code to check in until 1 hour before check in time, which was completely fine, but think the listing should be updated to explain this so there is no confusion.

The service was absolutely terrible. It was impossible to reach the property, none of our messages through the app were answered. They even got our check-in day wrong. At 2AM, the emergency contact number posted on the door told us we couldn’t check in until the following day. When I offered to send a screenshot of my Expedia reservation, she refused and insisted we wait. I sent it anyway, and only then did she finally give us a code. The entire process was stressful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. The only upside is its location.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist sauber und günstig. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach eingerichtet mit einem bunten Möbelmix. Auch dort war alles sauber. Ansonsten eben etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einen kurzen telefonischen Kontakt empfand ich als sehr freundlich.

Top Preis -Leistungsverhältnis. Rewe ist 3 Min entfernt, Cafe, Bäckerei (und Vietnamese) gegenüber. Allerdings kann man die Fenster zum Schlafen trotz Ohrstöpsel nicht wirklich geöffnet lassen, da der Lärm zu laut ist. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist alles top. Nur dass es es bei Hitze dann ziemlich warm im Raum wird, da weder Klima noch Ventilator zur Verfügung stehen.

Ich hätte ja schwören können, daß bei der Buchung stand 'Rezeption immer? geöffnet'. Leider findet man sowas im Ausdruck dann ja nicht wieder. Das elektronische Einchecken ist NICHT mein Ding! Außerdem habe ich unterwegs kein e-mail. Ich kannte das Hotel bereits. Zimmer war gut in Ordnung, Gegend auch. Beim Auschecken hing an der AUSGANGSTÜR unten im Treppenhaus ein Zettel mit der Aufschrift 'Zimmerschlüssel bitte im Zimmer auf dem Tisch ablegen'. Und das, NACHDEM ich die ganzen Stufen vom 3. Stock runtergestiegen war. Da ist doch irgendwas nicht zuende gedacht worden?! Aber ich komme gern nochmal wieder, nun weiß ich ja, wie das alles geht ...
