Het personeel was superaardig en behulpzaam. De kamer vond ik eigenlijk nog best ruim, en het gemis van een waterkoker op de kamer werd opgevangen door dat je beneden de hele dag door gratis thee of koffie kon halen in de ontbijtzaal. Alleen de douchecabinedeur sloot niet goed waardoor er al snel een hele plas water door de kamer liep. Ik had wel een aantal zilvervisjes op de kamer. Die houdt je volgens mij nooit helemaal tegen, maar heb ze nog nooit in een hotel gezien dus ik vond dit wel opvallend. De kamer was wel wat gehorig, of misschien snurkte mijn buurman gewoon opvallend hard. Maar niks buiten proportie. De bedden waren goed en schoon, er zaten wel wat vlekken op de muur die er minder aantrekkelijk uitzagen. Fijne locatie wel, rustige buurt, met het ov of als je een stuk wil lopen, ben je zo in het centrum. Erg mooi park in de buurt, net als de kabelbaan over de Rijn. Ik miste bij het ontbijt wel wat zoete keuzes voor op brood maar er was wel vlees, kaas en ei etc. Ik was er maar twee nachten en daarvoor was het meer dan prima!
