Nice but awful check out time.

Unusual early check out time (10:30) that caught a lot of hotel guests off guard. Rude enforcing by obnoxiously knocking at guest rooms of people not being aware of the check out time.

Parking charge isn’t clear because there seemed to be no street parking so the 18 euros is unavoidable. Also expected a fitness room on-site but it’s a 10min walk outside. Rooms are good. Food quality was great.

The Kasino is a definite 4 star hotel, with superb staff and unmatchable facilities. We were however surprised that the dining room was closed on Sunday. In particular, as nearby Leverkusen had limited dining. Overall though, it's an amazing hotel, and an excellent overnight halt

Geweldig!

Wow, fantastisch hotel! Kan niet anders zeggen dan super. Junior suite is geweldig. Als ik 1 kritische noot moet geven, de technologie is er maar geen instructies. We kregen de verwarming niet omhoog en de tv/geluidsinstallatie niet (makkelijk) gekoppeld met de telefoon. Dat laatste is een luxe probleem natuurlijk, geen must.
