We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, near Cologne cathedral and train stations. Great amenities although we wished they had laundry services. Highly recommend!

Great hotel very close to the exhibition halls. Modern, clean and quiet. This will be my hotel of choice for future visits to Cologne

Short walk to the city center, and also to Tanzbrunnen location. Direcly at the Köln exhibition. Bar for indoor and outdoor. Breakfast bit small of choices. Clean rooms. City parking garage underneath the hotel.

Ansich ein guter Aufenthalt mit Abstrichen, das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen dadurch war es sehr muffig u.feucht im Zimmer was die Klima nicht in den Griff bekommt.Für den Preis war das Zimmer sehr klein !

Hotel war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.Wir waren nur 1 Nacht da da wir ein Konzert in der lanxes Arena besuchten. Vom Hotel nur10 min Fußweg Frühstück lecker, ausreichend und für jeden was dabei. Hotelbar rund um die Uhr besetzt und sehr gemütlich. Werde sicher daß nächste Mal wieder kommen .

*2tes Mal Motel One, wieder begeistert!*

Wir waren schon das zweitemal in diesem Hotel. Es ist groß, sauber und ordentlich. Nettes Personal. Das Zimmer ist klein, aber sauber und schön. Das Bad ebenfalls. In der Lobby gibt es viele Sitzgelegenheiten, drinnen und im Sommer auch draußen. Eine Bar an der man nachts noch einen Absacker trinken kann, ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist großzügig.Klare Weiterempfehlung.

Gut mit spürbaren Mängeln im Service der Bar 😎

checkin fein und schnell, sogar eine Stunde vor der offiziellen Zeit möglich. Abwicklung freundlich und schnell. Zimmer ok, wie immer bei Motel One - klein, aber gut und stimmig eingerichtet. Checkout ebenfalls freundlich und schnell. Der Service an der Bar am Abend gibt aber deutlich Grund, einen Stern abzuziehen. Zu sehr mit sich selbst, dem Ordnen der Flaschen und Pausen zum Rauchen beschäftigt- das geht noch besser 😎

Aktuell schlechte Parkmöglichkeiten. Es ist zwar ein Parkhaus direkt vor Ort, welches auch direkten Zugang zum Hotel hat, allerdings 28€ für einen Tag . Sehr schöner Aufenthaltsbereich inkl. Bar. Zimmer top! Zustand Hotel top.

Wir hatten ein sehr ruhiges und sauberes Zimmer. Extrem großer Vorteil ist das Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel. Hier kann man hervorragend parken und direkt trockenen Fußes ins Hotel gelangen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es war nur sehr voll, da das Hotel scheinbar ausgebucht war. Ansonsten, das Personal war sehr nett und alles weitere hat gestimmt.
