Convenient location and friendly staff. Good breakfast and decent for the price. It's not luxurious, but clean enough. Only down was the wifi would reach our room at the 4th floor.

This place is okay. Good room, good price. The only thing I can complain about is how the shower floods easily.

In der Lobby standen bei der Ankunft Kartons rum. Der Bereich mit der Rezeption, war insgesamt im vergleich zu anderen Hotels klein. Das Zimmer wirkt frisch renoviert, dennoch lief das Wasser in der Dusche nicht richtig ab. Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war auch okay gewesen.

Einfaches Hotel mit guten Standards, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und das Personal ist freundlich.... Achtung der Eingang ist an einer Brücke unten an der Straße...haben etwas gesucht.

Etwas versteckt mittendrin gelegen

Das Hotel liegt am Rande einer Fußgängerzone mit Ladengeschäften und nicht weit von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle „Porz Markt“. Allerdings muss man zum etwas versteckt gelegenen Hoteleingang dann noch eine Hauptstraße überqueren. Die Fußgängerzone war bei meinem Besuch eine riesige Baustelle (es wurden wohl überall neue Leitungen verlegt), aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts.

Angefangen bei unfreundlichem Personal, über durchgelegene Matratzen, einem Umzug mitten im Aufenthalt, weil renoviert wurde ( was einem bei Buchung nicht gesagt wurde) unhygienische Zustände beim Frühstück, fehlendes WLAN, unsauberes Bad, um Komfortzimmer nicht mal Gläser geschweige denn Wasser,...abgeranzte Bude. Mehr ist das nicht

personale tutto, parla solo lingua inglese o tedesco, solo 1 della home, ha cercato di conversare in italiano, tutti gli altri no.. all'esterno sulla pubblica via no parcheggio auto, si cè parcheggio sotterraneo non video sorveglianza.. comunque struttura pulita stanza grandissima tutti i servizi al top, colazione ricca a buffet .. wifi presente e funzionante alla grande.. eventuale altro viaggio da ripetere..
