Good location in city centre. But very loud due to nearby bar and restaurant even during late night. Provided free coffee and small breakfast which is good. We loved staying at this hotel in November for the Christmas markets! The rooms were very cool looking, on the smaller side but nice and cozy! We also loved the location. Right on the water and about 4 markets were within 10 minutes of walking. They also had free coffee and pastries in the morning as well which was a bonus to our stay. Highly recommend!!

This hotel was awesome and convenient for visiting the Christmas markets there. Many restaurants and tons of sites to see. It was a bit difficult to find parking due to the time of year, so be prepared if you go during the Christmas season. Overall just great!

We had a great time at this hotel. The view was amazing and the staff were pleasant and always friendly. We enjoyed these facilities and the balcony/window we had was lovely. We loved the breakfast that was complimentary in the morning and we loved the ability to connect our phone to the TV to watch Netflix etc. The location was amazing and the food & drink in the immediate area was lovely. We will be back for sure!

The room I was in was clean and warm and accommodating. I had a view of the Rhine, which was beautiful. It was located in an ideal spot and I had easy access to all of the Christmas Markets. Lots of good music, eating and drinking places.

The hotel location was perfect. 10 min from the Cathedral and shops and restaurants downstairs. My only complaint was getting to our room was a little bit difficult with our luggage’s with the steep stairs.
