Staff gave me wrong information on breakfast time. Welcome water drink at reception area did not work. Carpets in common place was dirty. No air conditioning in rooms. Can hear people talking until around 2 AM. No sound proof walls. Bathroom had no soap available and was not replaced after request. No fridge.

The overall condition and service were satisfactory. It was just 10 to 15 minutes to the airport by Uber and was 10 minutes walk to the tram station leading to the town centre.

Bland and outdated. Looks amazing from outside

Just bland, outdated, quilts too small for beds. Slept fine without any issues. Which is all needed. But don’t expect luxury here. Breakfast included is as basic as it gets. Receptionists need to understand what “friendly” means, as I’m sure there isn’t the need for training in that!

Very disappointing. When we arrived they told us we where booked out to a different (better) hotel in a different oart of town. But we booked this hotel because we had a birthday party close to this hotel. The receptionist couldn't offer a solution. Also they didn’t want to pay for the extra parking at the new hotel and the transport to our party and back. There was no manager. The receptionist couldn’t reach anyone to help him. After 45 minutes someone called him back. Situation was than solved in 2 minutes hut we had been waiting for almost 50 and running late for our party. Rooms are 20 years past their expiration date. The hallways are smelly, stains in carpets everywhere. A lot if dust in the room. Showerhead only works partially. If its not for the location, choose a different hotel.

It's not what it seems to be ,your nightmare

If you want to be scammed,book a room at this hotel ,I'm very surprised Hotels.com do business whit this sort of hotels.i booked and payed for a family room and when I turn up the room was giving to someone else.so they send me to a different hotel (part of their group ) in the middle of the town (very old and very noisy ,so the scam is :they advertise whit some old photos for a quiet place and when you turn up there they would tell you "we apologize for any inconvenience but we can give you a room at the other hotel for no extra charge."the other hotel nobody wants to book there as is terrible (old ,dirty,the beds are terrible )

The carpet by the bed was wet and stained, dirty carpet, silverfish insects and nosiness, a water pipe ran through the room that made a loud noise anytime the room upstairs used water. People were talking and smoking outside our window which we had open because it was hot and the lobby smells like cigarette smoke.

The rooms and furniture all smelt like decomposing bodies, making me insanely nauseous. Shower wasnt turning on and the amount of grimey stains and foul odour would be enough to deter any future guests at this “Hotel” i tried getting a refund and the manager insisted on giving me a new room as if that would make anything better. Also blocking the door to prevent me from leaving is insane and weird to do. I wouldnt even let a dog stay here as it was that bad. Definitely never coming or even recommending this place to anyone and would advise to keep away as its quite literally in the middle of nowhere.

We came in late around 9:00pm and exhausted from walking all day and riding the train. The walk was a little further than I thought it would be from the station especially at night but we had no issues and found it although the property was dark and no lights to show the entrance and path to the hotel. Check in was quick and courteous. The room was clean. No air conditioner as advertised so we opened the window to get a little cool fresh air and to cool the room a bit but tried closing it 10 minutes later and it wouldn’t latch and was broken. The gentleman downstairs came to help and he did get it shut although you could still hear some traffic noise. We bring a noisemaker machine everywhere we go so no worries for that. The bed was hard and not too comfy to sleep on. Breakfast was basic breads, deli meat and cheese, yogurts, fruit cocktail, and cereal.

Unfriendly service…

The check in service by the night staff was extremely unfriendly. We arrived at 9 pm at night and there was no other guests waiting just a night manager who kept us waiting for over 10 minutes whilst he did paperwork unrelated to us. Communication was limited and stilted and other communications with reception related to ordering taxis were extremely unfriendly. At check out on Sunday at 11 am the desk was unattended for 10 minutes again whilst our taxi was waiting to check out.. I would advise more staff training from management in this hotel

We are a couple who booked a business room with queen bed. When we arrived we were greeted in a non-welcoming way. The receptionist claimed that he had already turned off the computer and we therefore would have to wait until another receptionist would start his shift, in order to check in. The room we received was a room with two separately located single beds. When advising the receptionists of this, they were completely unbothered, and said that the booking of a double bed is „only a request“ and not an actual part of the booking. Only after insisting on a double bed, after a long discussion with these receptionists, they advised us that another business room is not available, and offered another, smaller room with a double bed as an alternative. We did not receive any compensation for these issues, not even an apology was made.

Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, musste aber getauscht werden, weil die Tür sich nicht verschließen ließ. Aufgrund des Umbaus waren leider keine ausreichenden Parkplätze vorhanden. Insgesamt passen Preis und Leistung.
