"At check-in, we were told our room was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after check in time, when I questioned why that was the case for a “5 star” hotel, they miraculously found another room available to give us, figure that! There were plenty of friendly staff, but they were not attentive. We had dinner in the Indian restaurant - good quality and nice food. Overall, I would say “faded glory” in style and character - may not stay again here."

"Fridge in the room did not worked, not the room I requested, it took 1 hour to checkin, the lady booking me, ran away making, man standing back to complete the booking, he kept on running to to boss,"
