"We booked this last minute because another hotel we booked was unsatisfactory. The staff was friendly and attentive. Room was clean, parking lot was quiet. Breakfast was perfect and the lady running it kept it clean and filled. Definitely recommend."

"Tv in room didn't work not -a big deal,but our only option was to switch to a less valued room with no price adjustment because we booked 3rd party or check out for a full refund at 730pm. We decided to stay simce it was a 2 night trip. No elevator at all on the property. There's a "bar" but was never opened even at stated hours. The room was outdated, old carpet, and the more we stayed the dirtier we realized the room was. Breakfast was gross, biscuits and gravy were tasteless and the gravy was paste. Only positive was staff was doing theor best and were kind."

"The hotel is under renovation. Extra noise and smells throughout the hotel. Elevator was old and rickety, very small and a bit scary. Room was nice but did have unusual smell. bathroom clean but hairs in Bathtub area. Breakfast was nice. Bed was hard for my preference. Staff was kind and helpful at check in."

"First room we got the AC was broken and blowing hot air. It felt like a sauna. They switched us no problem. New Room was ok. Elevator was broken. Rooms were under construction and wide open leaving the dirty construction smell in the hallway. First glance rooms were clean but when you looked closer there was dust everywhere. The toilet seat was broken. The ceiling over the shower was bubbled like it had a leak from the room above. If you just need a place to sleep this is the place."

"Our stay overall was terrible. 1) our room was on the first floor which was under renovations. We were NOT informed of this nor were we offered another room on a higher floor which at checkout was informed that higher floors were already remodeled. Our room had a damaged door, no refrigerator,all lights did not work, A/C was faulty. All because we weren’t given or advised of first first floor remodeling. The desk staff admitted being a new employee who was not familiar with the area considering we asked for restaurant suggestions, stores and gas recommendations. As a result of this inferior Service, I asked for a credit, points etc on which I was told that because this reservation was third party, she couldn’t help us. And finally, breakfast was just okay and this employee was not helpful due to not understanding English. I feel these issues should be handled by management/ownership."
