"We were in a floor with a full soccer team that converted the hall into a live cantina/ bar from 7pm -2am ...when got our rooms changed at 1:30 am (cause management couldnt enforce order in the hall) we were given rooms with less beds and the night manager asked me to wake up my 80 year old mother to make the switch in 15min. Hotels.com didnt help trough the process "

"Very poor hotel. There was misleading advertising since the reservation image showed two beds, but it was only one double bed upon arrival. When I spoke to the front desk, the receptionist was very dismissive and offered no solutions. To make matters worse, the itinerary stated check-out was at 1:00 PM, but by 12:00 PM they were already pressuring me to vacate. Poor organization and even worse customer service.""
