The staff, service & food were excellent. Unfortunately the standard room was very small. We should have booked a larger one. Couldn’t even get the in room dining trolley inside & only one chair. Poor really.

My husband was having an operation at the Cromwell so absolute perfect location. Wonderful apartment - we even managed to extend our stay to have a day of convalescing in the apartment which was perfect. Made the most of the kitchen and lounge and was great.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with really comfy beds. Service was great and a brilliant location. Will definitely stay here again. Hot food was slow being refilled at breakfast but the food was very nice.

The room was one of those modern eco bulb room and was like a dark cave it apparently was a four star but the room looked like a 3 star nothing special. Restaurant was all Indian food.
