We had a dorm size room, 2 single beds w/isle. Bathroom small but functional . Close to Earls court Tube station & a McDonalds next door. Staff went out of their way to help. Very affordable . With an elevator !! Always felt safe in area. Would stay again & again. We had one full size suite case 2 overhead bags & there was enough room to maneuver. I believe they also have bigger rooms .

I liked having the large kitchen area, there was also a balcony area which was great for having breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Nice ambience.

The standards of housekeeping at this hotel are very high! My room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and comfortable. My room was serviced every day during my stay. Housekeeping staff are often the lowest paid workers in hotels and have to work hard to achieve the high standards that I enjoyed during my stay. The Housekeeper should be commended for her hard work. Some of the Breakfast Team at this hotel were sullen, bordering on rude and morose. It is a shame because others made a very good effort.

The staff were all very helpful and friendly and the ensuite room i stayed in had everything i needed for a comfortable stay at a competitive price. Also the hotel is just a short walk to local bus stops to connect with local underground stations for easy access into London as well as being close to Heathrow.
