"We went for the pool, it was closed, was told it would reopen by 4, it didn't, was told it would open by 4:30, it didn't. Was told I would get a refund if it didn't open by 4:30, I did not receive a refund. "

The bathroom didn’t have a door knob.heat worked good, microwave was missing glass plate… I would not allow my homeless ppl in my neighborhood to use that place as a shelter… I want my money back."
