"Great hotel for hockey or baseball tournament weekends. Huge atrium. Great breakfast, lots of choices. Older property but well kept. "

"Our room had slime had stains on the floor, bed skirt, and shower curtain. There were also huge pieces of tape on the wall. It looked like the room had been used for a birthday party previously. When I went to inform the front desk about it because I didn’t want to be charged for someone else’s mess or lack of cleaning on the house keeper’s part, the employee was very rude. I didn’t ask for a change of room because it didn’t directly impact our stay and she so impolitely told the guest in front of me that they were booked up. The unprofessional front desk employee kept asking if there was anything else I wanted to complain about. I didn’t go to the desk to complain but to simply have documentation of the state of the room. Front lobby was very clean and modern but the rooms have not been updated in a few years to match the lobby. "

Elevator not working and water leak in building roofing! Too much smoking near front entrance of building! Food warm! ( We need a refund on this stay from Expedia or Embassy Suites)."
