"First time in Vancouver and cannot recommend Hotel Willo enough! The location was very central and made it easy to get around all over the Vancouver area. The place was very clean and the staff were nice, the last things I want to worry about when travelling. Whenever I come to Vancouver in the future I know where I'll be staying, and where I'll be recommending to others!"

"Nice rooms, and the Bachelor Suite kitchenette is very convenient. It's clear the rooms have been renovated recently, despite the exterior. Rooms are very hot inside at night though (I went in early August). The location is convenient and public transit is easy to access. Also, each room had its own parking stall. I did find a cockroach on my last night, but I managed to kill it and dispose of the body outside. I was offered an alternative room, but declined since I had to leave early. I didn't find any other insects/pests in my room when I searched afterwards."

"The Gold Floor staff are exceptional. Kind, caring and eager to help out in any fashion. I recently had Achilles surgery and they were wonderful at “serving” me even though I said I could do most things myself. Always a great experience when we get to stay at a Fairmont Hotel."
