"Overall not bad for what I paid for room was not too spacious but wasn’t there too much anyway while I explored the city, unfortunately could hear most of what Was happening in the hallways especially slamming doors. However, alll things considered for the area it is adequately priced."

"The hotel rents their staple for events and the music was loud till 11pm- to the point that the floors in my room were vibrating (our room was right above the banquet space). The room was not cleaned even once during my 3 night stay. Feels that the quality is deteriorating with each stay."

"I don’t even know where to start. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for five days, and it was five days of misery. This hotel is also being used as a residence for homeless individuals and families waiting for housing. We were on the fifth floor, and directly across from our room was a family of six. The children were crying from 7:00 in the morning until 9:00 in the morning, and sometimes again in the evening. There was constant noise, with people opening doors, yelling, and screaming. One morning, I woke up at 2:00 a.m. to a couple fighting in the hallway. They were yelling and screaming nonstop. I tried calling the front desk for assistance, but no one responded or offered any help. Breakfast was also a disaster. When you go downstairs in the morning, there are about 30 people crowded around the food area, pushing to get food before everyone else. The staff was very rude when we expressed our concerns and asked what was going on. As paying guests, we couldn't even enjoy breakfast comfortably. This is not a hotel. It feels more like a shelter than a hotel."
