"From the moment I walked into the foyer to check-in, I received a warm welcome and clear instruction regarding their off-site car park facilities (very easy to navigate). This hotel oozes nostalgic charm with modern twists keeping it up to date with current times. The room was clean, with a well sized mini fridge, soft bedding for an easy nights sleep, and ample bathroom with all the expected quality soaps/moisturisers. The hotel is well positioned making anything in Hobart’s CBD only a short walk away. Definitely a place to consider for anyone travelling to Hobart/Tasmania."

"It was a very nice, clean hotel and the staff was very courteous. It has a restaurant and bar, which was nice, but the one thing that was strange was the restaurant, Charcoal, is closed for dinner Monday-Wednesday, so we could only get breakfast and weren't able to have dinner there. But great stay otherwise, very centrally located and easy to get around from there. If I ever get back to Hobart, Tasmania, I would absolutely stay here again."

The hotel staff are very friendly, courteous and helpful. This made our short stay very enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely book in future."
