Dear Grace,Thank you for taking the time to give feedback.We are sorry that the hotel did not live up to expectationsUnfortunately is our spa department closed, because it is under construction.This is also written on Hotels.com Unfortunately do we not have air conditions, but central cooling system.Scandic has a strong focus on sustainability, so when you order cleaning, the bed linen will not be changed (unless you are staying here for several days).New towels will be provided, rubbish will be taken out and the bed will be made.Here in December we will start to renovate the bathrooms.Best RegardsAnne ChristensenFront Office Manager

Dear Ed.Thank you for your feedback. It is very appreciated!We are sad to hear that we did not live up to your expectations. We have many business guests at the hotel, who are using the internet and we have rarely any complaints about it. So we are supriced that you have this experience with it.The spa has been closed since Covid, and then we started with the renovation. We are currently still waiting for the approval from the municipality, which is why it is still closed. This information is also provided on our own webpage. It is correct, that we do not have an aircondition in the rooms, but instead a fan. The heat that we have experienced is very unusual for Denmark, and we are aware that the fan is no longer enough for the summer period.We have a safetybox in all our suites, but not in the standard rooms. If you need ice, it can be provided for the you in the restaurant which has an ice machine.We used to have yoga mats in the fitness areas, and we are aware that they are no longer there for some reason. We have already taken action on this. We are happy that you had a good experience with our staff, the cleaning and the location of the hotel.
