I stayed in the hotel as it was very convenient to my purposes. The room, bathroom, everything is pretty spacious. The service is good, the breakfast is OK (taking into account the current circumstances: you cannot enter the breakfast area without a negative test for covid) but it could be more fruits, perhaps. The bed mattress is very soft (for me it was a minus but it is kind of normal in Sweden and Denmark). What really annoyed me was 1)the lack of English channels and 2)nobody consider to suggest a 10 euro discount, for instance. My understanding is that if it an international chain than at least a single channel should be in English. I am not asking for Chinese or Turkish, for instance. There were Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German ones... In fact, when you pay quite a lot (it is considered as 4* hotel?) you expect some kind of common understanding. Even in the covid times (I do not complain that spa did not work - it is understandable). The point is that you have to spend your evenings with Danish TV but pay for an international chain hotel... Otherwise, the hotel is OK.
