"This place is incredible. The location is in an absolutely great spot in reference to BC stadium, Robson Street, and Granville Street. Also a very short walk to Gastown. The staff were absolutely helpful anytime we needed advice. They let us check in early, and also held our bags for a couple hours after we checked out for free. The room was perfect and included a microwave and fridge. The only thing that was even slightly negative about the place was the tiny sink that had no room to store anything on. The pool, hot tub and gym were also really great amenities. Would highly recommend this place."
"The hotel is very clean, helpful staff. Comfy bed and pillows. The hotel should pay more attention to the AC maintenance especially the weather is very hot"
"We only stayed for 1 night , pre-cruise, but we enjoyed every single moment. We had reserved a city view room , however at check in when the clerk heard it would be our first cruise she upgraded us to a beautiful suite with views of both the harbour and the waterfront. The next morning we had a lovely breakfast at Arc. We were very pleased with the quality and choice of the food and the excellent care given to us by our waitress."
"The staff from every department was amazing. We were impressed with the breakfast the cleanliness of the rooms and hotel. It was great first time. We plan to return in the future. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful one."
