"Upon check-in, we noticed an unfamiliar metal piece and several screws placed on the bathroom counter. At the time, it was unclear what it belonged to, so we left for a concert without giving it much thought.
When we returned later and attempted to use the shower, we discovered that the piece was actually part of the shower door track, which had become completely detached. Unfortunately, when my friend tried to close the shower door, it came off and fell onto her foot, causing a significant bruise.
This appeared to be a pre-existing maintenance issue that had not been properly addressed prior to our arrival. Given the safety risk, the room should have been taken out of service until the repair was completed.
Disappointing. "
"Fantastic place to stay with great amenities! I needed a place to stay with 3 beds, which is really hard to find. This Sheraton property offered a two bedroom suite with 2 doubles in one room & a king in the other. They also allow up to 2 pets to stay complimentary! They have a Starbucks on site and a great pool, 2 hot tubs, and a good-sized gym. And you’re right downtown. "
"We mentioned it was our 38th anniversary and we actually got married at the Hyatt. I don’t think the front desk lady had a grasp of English or France, but After explained to her that we were married here and we spent a few adversaries here at the Hyatt. She asked me have you ever stayed here before as if she was not engaged. Super disappointing. At least the restaurant that too it was a very nice dessert, but there’s no acknowledgement at all."
