"Truly enjoyed my stay and had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people during my first visit to BC. The hotel is at a nice location including great staff and service. Keep it up! A special thank you goes out to Ilyssa and Yumi for their kind and sweet gesture. May your business always grow in leaps and bounds. Thank you so… much!"
"Overall our stay at this property was 5 star however several room items needed maintenance attention which were resolved after informing the front desk. Issues were in room safe did not operate properly and had to be reset(resolved and three light fixtures would not turn on (resolved) and our in room phone did not work and had to be replaced. Maintenance advised the phone had to be replaced. With such a high end property this was disappointing but the prompt efforts by staff was greatly appreciated."
"Not at all the experience I would have expected from this hotel group. Room service was cold and late. The bellman was nowhere to be found. The restaurant wasn’t open for breakfast and there was no option outside of room service. Carpet was bunching in the rooms. Robes are stif and scratchy at best. Unfortunate experience overall."
