"Bien qu’un peu âgé, l’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu. Tous les employés à qui nous avons eu affaire étaient très aimables et souriants. Particulièrement notre femme de chambre. Le seul bémol, les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisées. Le buffet déjeuner était excellent."

"The room does not have chargers usb or plug in by the beds. Old. Front desk staff on check in were useless!! I asked questions and got “I don’t know” or didn’t even put any effort in. Like buffet price, pool times, or where to locate that info. Didn’t care. It wasn’t busy at that time. 2 men at front desk - both of them, no interest in putting in any effort. I told the manager the next day as I had questions and she sincerely apologized, she took the time to answer all our inquiries. About what to sightsee, how to get places as we were walking/uber/bus. Housekeeping was lovely. It’s awkward to walk across the lobby to get to the pool but they provide robes. The pool is hard to find. (No help from the first 2 front desk guys) The water on the mini water slide is warm!!! Loved it, didn’t get cold for the first time! Pool warm! Loved it! Casino I won a bit on slots! Bonus! Lovely ladies at the food area in casino. Chinese food was excellent! My hubby has diabetic and pancreas issues, so diet limitations - Joyce was amazing at the food area and made adjustments!!! So nice. We went to Stevenson wharf, it was nice, Granville island, Aberdeen Asian mall for sushi and the night market. Great for being close by uber or walk. Food was good at casino and Starbucks was there if you like that. All interesting and a great time. The halls and floors are not even, so interesting walking seeing the unlevel floors. All in all 4.5 stars for our visit to River Rock."

"Very impressive hotel. Excellent, well maintained room with many facilities. Staff were very helpful. Although it is a fair way from Downtown, the hotel maintains a free shuttle bus service top Canada Square. Highly recommended."

"The hotel was beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation. The recommendation they gave us, Earl’s test kitchen was amazing. The only thing I felt was poor quality were the mattresses. The beds were hard, and there was not a mattress topper on the bed to make it more comfortable."
