"Staff was generally great, but there were a lot of teens crowding the pool and horsing around with no supervision. Rooms were clean, if small, but the location was convenient."
"Outdated, worn, dreary rooms (I had two during my stay), shower grout aged needing an acid wash, no handheld shower extension available—reminiscent of a 2 star hotel. Iron not in room, had to wait ten min for it to come then I’m questioned politely “what did I do with the one from room” which wasn’t ever in room. Towels are stiff, thin and not luxurious, bathrobe the same. I should have done another hotel. The only saving grace was excellent front desk staff, excellent door/valet staff, oh and no concierge on premises when we sought touring advice from an experienced concierge. Overall 2star experience for 4hrs costs."
"Definitely needs updating. Although the staff was friendly and our room was clean, everything in this hotel is small and difficult to maneuver with luggage, using elevator, etc. The espresso machine was kept well-stocked with water, cartridges and cream. The cafe (Elysian?) is excellent; however, I would not stay there again."
"The bar was out of a couple cocktails items
Guy at the front desk was rude when I asked a couple extra question
Other than that great place, good food really nice room, clean and nice part of downtown. "
