With keeping in mind that the building has been there since the 1890's , its cute! We were on the 4th floor and the rooms were well kept and clean. The view of the river was lovley. The 4th floor has its own , what we called our living room(multiple couches and lovely decor) The beds were confortable and they had ice avaiable at the front desk. I didnt see any sketchy people around, but i know there is some jn the area. Its a short walk to 18$ parking and a gorgeous river front park. Will definitely be staying again.
