Hotels near Corning Airport and National Wartime Museum

"The worst hotel i have ever been to and Im from New Jersey!!! First off neither the property or the room looked anything like the pictures I saw when booking. The person running the front desk was difficult to understand. Then when we pulled around back to our room, thats when it got scary. It looked like everyone that was outside lived there. There were a number of dogs barking away. Blankets hanging off the railings. But it was looks we were getting from everyone outside, it made us very uncomfortable and nervous. We were in town for a college graduation and were supposed to be meeting up with family for dinner. We wouldn't even leave our belongings there. We left to go to dinner and found a different hotel while eating. Went back and checked out after dinner. I wouldn't let my dog stay there if we had brought him and I know I would not have slept at all that night with the type of people that most certainly were living there right outside the door. DO NOT BELIEVE THE NICE PICTURES THEY POST"

"Perfect for what we wanted, a clean room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We stayed inside the inn. It was very loud, both from the inside and out, but it was perfect for our need for the night. Good option if you are on a budget."

"Parking Parking Parking. This is a real problem that could easily be resolved by Hotel Management. It is insufficient and we and many others had to circle and circle without any hope of a space. When I let the Front Desk know of the issue they were aware and then gave me a parking permit for nearby parking behind the hotel. THIS SHOULD BE DONE AT CHECK-IN! Very frustrating. Also need to embrace the Mid century architecture! The decor throughout the hotel and rooms is a mishmash of farmhouse, transitional furnishings. Why paint vintage brick battleship grey? Location is the biggest upside to this hotel as it allows walking to all of Cornings charming little downtown."

"Checking in was not a good experience. Desk attendant was a little rude when we tried to check in 15 minutes before 4 pm. The exterior of the property is very run down. Our room was between two rooms that obviously have residents who live there full time. When we got to our room it was spacious and clean. We did sleep well and the price was very reasonable. It gives credence to the old adage, "You get what you pay for." I probably would not stay there again. It served it's purpose for a one night's stay."

"Run down and in need of modernization. No SB ports in the room, bathroom looked like something out of the 1970’s & small. Bad use of the rooms space. The room and bed was clean tho and if your in a pinch it’ll do but I’d advise looking elsewhere. "
