"We arrived a bit early, but we were welcomed and had our rooms well before check in. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hôtel as it’s centrally located. "

"Good location, super close to the train station and quick walk to Little Tokyo for some good bites. Unfortunately my room was not ready for check in at the appropriate time and I felt some areas of the hotel could’ve been kept cleaner such aa the indoor pool area and breakfast was a little underwhelming. Overall a good stay for the price, though I’d recommend venturing out for breakfast. "

"Lovely team, but the room upgrade didn’t work well for us, it was far too noisy and needed new carpet and few touchups in the bathroom.. just to combat the mould and the toilet stains and wobbly seat. TV missing from the seating area and too many furnitures cluttered there, so no room to walk.Otherwise the team was lovely, but wouldn’t stay in this room again for €240 extra on the top of our booked room."

"Found hairs that were not ours when we lifted up the pillows and blankets, which was really gross. Floor didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a long time. Really noisy and hot rooms. We got a larger room and there was nothing big about it. Location was decent, but would definitely not recommend it."
