The cleanliness of the hotel, both in the room and throughout the entire property, was impeccable. It was a pleasure to stroll through the well-maintained grounds, where you could clearly see the care and attention to detail. The pool was a wonderful oasis for relaxing on warm days, and the modern gym was a great bonus for keeping up with my fitness routine while on vacation. My only minor suggestion would be to add toilet brushes to the bathrooms. However, this small detail did not detract from the overwhelmingly positive experience I had at this wonderful hotel. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to returning in the future! "

"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. Friendly, welcoming arrival, fast efficient reception staff. Everywhere clean and constantly being cleaned. Smiley friendly staff all round. Good facilities for everyone, especially for families. Fantastic waterpark included free. We stayed for half board for one week and the food was very varied. Many theme nights such as Ethnic, Gala, seafood, Mexican etc. Good quality and choice for meat or fish eaters, some varieties for vegetarians and intolerances too. The downstairs Braseria served the best grilled meats and fish in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had a daily maid service with beds made and fresh towels and general cleaning. Stunning views and beautiful sunsets from the beach. The negatives were that the wifi was not good ( but when is it ever in hotels.?) The indoor pool never looked clean as was used by mostly young children, would've been nice for adults only. Special thanks go to the room cleaning staff, the busy but friendly restaurant staff, Raul in the Braseria and bar manager for his kindness. Finally to Sandra on Guest services. "The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. Best Portaventura hotel in terms of distance from beach. Best of both worlds. "
