"Staff very friendly, rooms very big and regularly serviced. Only food option is the buffet which was plentiful & fresh. Our week had some strong winds which was a challenge but as the hotel is built around the pools the wind was lessened somewhat. The aquapark is a 20min walk away and our boys, 15 & 13, thoroughly enjoyed it. We limited it to a half day ticket which was more than enough. To get to costa teguise you can walk along the roads and it takes between 20-30mins or you can walk directly...

They upgraded our room and were active on comms on WhatsApp. The location is central with easy access to taxis and the apartment in themselves are so clean and modernly decorated. Pool restaurant was very good and good value for money and a local shop very near by. Very comfy beds and a good sized apartment. The only down fall was the building work, but would stay here again. "Second time staying at this hotel and we loved it as much as we did the first time, if not more especially with the warm welcome back we received. The rooms are bright and airy, great pool view from our room, the food (we were half board) is really excellent but it’s the staff who, without exception, are a true credit to this hotel. They are helpful -always with a smile, warm, hard working and a pleasure to be around. "

"Stayed in galeon before you can’t go wrong for cleanliness towels every two days bedding every three days great for kids as well as there is a kids club in the day and in the bar there is different theme nights every night ( bingo karaoke quiz night etc) plenty to do at night bars restaurants the hotel is on the doorstep to the beach plenty of sun beds can’t go wrong with this hotel"

"Always a pleasure to stay here, beautiful rooms and also a really nice place within the grounds. We stayed years ago before the apartments had been refurbished and renovated and they have done a great job. A stones throw away from the centre and also a five minute walk to the beach. Breakfast is also good. Will be returning in the future. "
