"LOCATION: the location is ok, Puerto Natales is a small town ~20k people so pretty much anywhere you stay is going to be close to the Plaza de Armas and Marina. SERVICE: the staff was good, when they were around. Katie helped me book my tours and gave me some great recommendations. AMENITIES: basically none. It’s a bare bones hostel. The only amenity is that you can rent all your hiking equipment from them, including boots, which is really helpful if you don’t want to carry that around for...
