"The hotel was centrally located and very nice. We were upgraded to a very large, comfortable room. Beds were comfortable. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice and it was good food with fast service. We used the parking which was convenient and the gym, which was small but adequate. Our only complaint (and I wish premium hotels would just not do this ever!) was that they only included two coffee pods the first day and after that they were 2.50 Euro each. It just seems cheap and it’s annoying."

"Very good hotel for the given price, in a nice area of the city, really close to the walking central place. Friendly staff, with the lady at reception (Maria) being available to provide support in English, in a very nice manner. The room where I stayed (comfort studio) was equipped with basic utensils like plates, forks, glasses, including coffee/tea capsules, a sink, oven and a mini induction hob. Clean bedsheets, towels, fresh bathroom hygiene products are provided. Very nice atmosphere in the breakfast & bar area, where excellent music is played on the playlist."

"Budget friendly option in a central location. Very close to Lavov Most metro station which is only 1 stop from central Serdika stop. Can also walk to centre but some sights are even closer. Plenty of food and drink options within walkinv distance. Room was a good size with plenty of luggage space, AC and a small fridge. Bathroom a bit small, especially the sink. Lightbulb above toilet didn't appear to work but other bulb in bathroom did so it was ok. Sometimes a smell in bathroom from outside but not always. Staff were friendly and efficient. Good value for the price."
