Good clean and nice but room abit small

Perfect package!! All in one! Checking in was a breeze too!

Clean and comfortable

Nil.

Stay is good. Hotel condition is clean. Shutter bus gets crowded in the evening.

Outstanding staff, great location & shuttle to Disneyland

When we check-in, the wait for the room to be clean up was exordinarily short. We were exhausted after a day of traveling by train, plane, bus and train again to get there. We didn't think we should check the cleanliness and condition of the room when we got in. Later that night we found hair of a previous guest in the bathtub and blood stain on a bedsheet. I talked to the concierge next morning and was questioned why it took me a day to raise the issue. I explained we were too tired to inspect...

Small comfortable hotel conveniently located east to get to/from the terminals. It has vending machines and water cooler. Room size is good with the basics.

Room was clean and spacious, very comfortable. Good to note that shuttle bus is not available between 12-5pm.

Amazing staff, must mention Maxim who has been very helpful in helping us reset our GPS to English. Could not have gone places without his help. Hotel is spacious and chic. However, rooms need a little more light as it seems dreary and dark. Toilet bowl is stained and this is unacceptable for a 4* hotel. Overall, it is still value for money.
