"Clean room and very friendly staff!"

"The black out curtains wasn't long enough to block out the parking lot lights from McDonald's. The inside white curtains was literally shredded. I wiped up the air conditioner and clumps of dust kept falling out. At night, there was someone smoking cigarettes around our room. The front desk said they can't do anything about it at this time. In the elevator there's a sign stating that there's a $250 fee that the hotel charges for violators. "
