"We had an exceptional stay at this lovely gem in the 10th Arrondissement! The location is absolutely perfect (only a 1-minute walk to the Château d'Eau Metro station,) making it so easy to get around the city. The staff (Océane / Agnes / overnight) were incredibly friendly and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. Our room was impeccably clean, modern, and perfectly soundproofed, giving us a great night's sleep. The air conditioning was also a lifesaver! Highly recommend this...

"It is conveniently located between Dare du Nord and Gare de L’est and the staff is friendly and accommodating. These are the attributes. Though the facilities, especially the elevator and hallway lights, need significant upgrading, the room I had was clean and comfortable, sufficiently so that I slept well. It also included a few amenities, such ad a a well-stocked refrigerator with alcohol beverages."
